Rehoming one of our animals means you’re getting more than just a friend for life, it's rewarding too.
Once we have received the application form, our team will process it along with any others.
We don't work on a first come first serve basis for rehoming, but instead choose the most suitable home and person for the particular cat.
If you are interested in adopting one of our cats then please complete an application form below. We also require photographs of your lounge, kitchen and garden area, please email these to; branch@rspca-ashforddistrict.org.uk
If you have a rented property, we will also need to see permission from your landlord.
We get in touch with successful applicants within a week to arrange a visit to come and meet the cat and have a chat.

Here is a quick and simple guide to the adoption process:
1 : View available cats on our website or social media (facebook and instagram).
2 : Fill in an adoption form for a cat/s you are interested in. (online form above)
3 : We are currently doing "virtual home visits", so we will need photos of your living areas and garden emailed to us at; branch@rspca-ashforddistrict.org.uk
4 : If the "virtual home visit" is successful an appointment will be made for you to come and visit any potential matches.
5 : When it is time for to take your new family member home, all adoption paperwork will be completed first and a medical summary discussed with you.
Please bring ID with you on adoption day.
6 : All cats must be transported home in a secure and appropriately sized carrier.
Important note : All cats over 6 months of age leave here neutered, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated. Some young cats may leave the animal centre before they have been neutered so in this instance you will be advised on booking, and it will be paid for by the branch.
