The RSPCA Kent: Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch is dedicated to helping every kind of animal, domestic or wild, that may be in danger.
In April 2006 a wonderful new Cat Re-homing Centre was completed and since then we have managed to re-home literally thousands of cats thanks to the dedicated hard work of our staff, volunteers and of course you the public.

Closure Announcement from RSPCA Ashford and Tenterden branch Trustees.
After careful thought and deliberation, in the face of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak,
and in what we believe is in the best interest of our staff, volunteers and the local community.
The branch shop on Church Road, will close at 4.30pm on Tuesday 17 th of March and remain
closed for the foreseeable future. Please do not leave donations at the shop door during
this time.
The Garden Cattery will be closed to the general public and volunteers, from 4pm on
Tuesday 17 th of March and remain closed for the foreseeable future.
If you are adopting a cat that is currently on reserve, then please contact the cattery to make
your appointment to collect your new forever friend.
Please be aware that “social distancing measures” will be in place and if you are showing any
symptoms of Corona Virus you should not attend the cattery. We will make alternate
arrangements for your adoption to take place at a later date.
The staff will be working as normal in the cattery during this period, and if you can support
the cattery’s work with food or financial donations then it would be appreciated.
