As you can imagine, fundraising is crucial to the continuing work of the RSPCA Kent: Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch.

You can help by:

Making a donation by cheque.

Make the cheque out to RSPCA and posting it to RSPCA Kent: Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch, 34 Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PH. Money sent directly to the Branch will be used for LOCAL animals in need.

Donating a percentage of your EBay sales to RSPCA Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch

When selling on EBay go to the Advanced Page for your Entry - and in there you can choose to send a percentage of your proceeds to our Branch! It's easy!

Donating food at the Sainsbury Superstore by the International Hotel.

Donations will go to LOCAL animals in need.

Becoming a Member of the RSPCA.

Please telephone 01233 641189 and leave your name and address and we will post an application form to you. You will be welcomed into the Kent: Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch family, and sent newsletters, information about events, etc.

Joining our Safe Haven Scheme.

This direct debit scheme supports the work of our Cattery by sponsoring the individual cat pods. Many people like to name a pod in memory of a loved pet.

Leaving a Legacy in your Will.

Please telephone 01233 641189 and leave your name and address and we will post an application form to you.

Please remember that the Kent: Ashford, Tenterden and District branch is a separately registered charity. So, if you would like the animals in your local area to benefit, we would respectfully suggest that your legacy wording reads:

"I give devise and bequeath to the RSPCA Kent: Ashford, Tenterden and District Branch, registered charity number 208111 the sum of £x or the whole (or a share) of my residuary estate for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer of such Branch shall be a full and sufficient discharge for this legacy."

Company Sponsorship.

Local companies are invited to sponsor the work of the local Branch. This valuable contribution may be to a Raffle, towards a specific project, or simply a collection. Please telephone 01233 641189 and leave a message. We will get back to you.

Do a skydive for us!!

Do a sponsored skydive to help out your local animals. Ring Pat at RSPCA Headquarters and tell her of your exciting plans (0300 1230342). She will send you out the forms. You just tell her that you are jumping for the Ashford Branch.

08 August 2010, Sunday - 10am - 5pm: Classic Car & Craft Day; Beech Court Gardens; Come along with the family for summer fun!
14 August 2010, Saturday - 2pm - 5pm: Stanhope Community Fun Day; Linden Grove Primary School; Come along with the family for some summer fun!
14 August 2010, Saturday - All day: A Day at the Ashford Town Centre Bandstand!; Ashford Town Centre Bandstand; Come help us raise awareness of the great work we do for the local Ashford animals!!
04 September 2010, Saturday - 11am to 4pm: Cattery Open Day; 34 Station Road, Ashford TN23 1PH; The Autumn Event at the Cattery - come and see the cats and join in the fun in front of the Branch building! We will be offering £10 microchipping - dogs, cats, ferrets & rabbits. The animals MUST be secure - leads & safe carriers! Get your lunch - burgers (veggie ones too)! Tea, coffee and lots of delicious goodies to munch on! Put it in your diary and please join us! Please note that there is no parking as we use our tiny car park for stalls. Please park in the nearby public car parks!
19 September 2010, Sunday - Times to be confirmed: Hothfield Village Fete; Hothfield Village Green; Join us at this great event! We will have stalls, £10 microchipping - cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets. The animals MUST be secure - leads & safe carriers! Come see the RSPCA Southeast Cat Neutering Bus!
09 October 2010, Saturday - All day!: Tenterden Street Collection; Various sites around the town.; Come help us raise much needed funds!
13 November 2010, Saturday - 11am to 4pm: Annual Christmas Craft Fair; Tenterden Junior School; Come find those special Christmas gifts and RSPCA goodies!!
