RSPCA Kent: Ashford, Tenterden and District Branch
YOUR LOCAL BRANCH - helping animals in need LOCALLY!
This local branch of the RSPCA is proud to announce that Leon Camier, the reigning British Super Bike Champion, has kindly agreed to join Paul O’Grady and Ben Mills as a patron, thus supporting the work carried out by the branch. The Trustees, staff and volunteers are exceedingly happy to welcome him and to receive his support in the present financial climate where, sadly, animals appear to be the first casualties needing a helping hand.
At your local branch of the RSPCA we see and hear of some terrible cruelty to animals, but we can’t let that deter us from our purpose - and we need your support, whether financially or physically!
Your eBay sales! Next time you sell something on eBay spare a thought for your local Branch of the RSPCA - you can donate a percentage of your proceeds to this Branch! Donate a percentage of your eBay sales to RSPCA Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch and earn fee credits! Remember if, for example, you donate 50% of your selling price to a charity, eBay will waive 50% of your fees! Please note that we can accept donations via this website - simply click on the PayPal button on our Fundraising Page to make a donation - every penny counts! Please see our Fundraising Page for details.
While the Kent: Ashford, Tenterden & District Branch is part of the RSPCA as a whole, as with all other Branches it is an autonomous charity and almost entirely dependent upon funds raised locally. The joy of this arrangement is that any money or food donated by the public is used in the local area, and specific information on where the money or food is going is available. To see the wider picture follow the Link on our Links page, or simply click here to access the RSPCA National Website.
Please check our Fundraising Page to find a number of ways in which you can help.
Costs are kept to a minimum by the Committee, made up entirely of volunteers, who meet monthly to make sure that the running of the Branch is maintained as successfully as possible.
